Customer Service Level 1, 2 & 3

If you are the type of person who likes to help with solving people's problems, dealing with any issues they may have and putting their minds at ease then an apprenticeship in customer service may be for you. There are opportunities for customer service staff in all types of organisations that involve dealing with people. You will develop skills to provide excellent customer service, and this can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors, from government to telecommunications.

Level 1 
You are new to customer service, and are looking to gain basic knowledge, understanding and experience of dealing with customers.

​

Level 2 
You have some experience in customer service and are able to handle more difficult customers. You are looking to improve your own skills .

​

Level 3 
At this level, you are able to respond to customer issues at a strategic level, suggesting improvements to customer service strategy and helping in their implementation. 

​

This qualification can be achieved through the following:

  • Apprenticeship Levels 2 & 3 (aged 16-23 years old and an employer ready to employ you as an apprentice.) 

  • Self-funded (paid for by you)

  • Funded (paid for by employer or other organisation e.g. grant)

  • Further Education Loan for Level 3 (Awaiting Confirmation)
