The course teaches you the skills to be an effective leader and can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors, from small businesses to large corporations. To achieve this qualification, you need to be in a relevant team leading or management position.

Level 2 in Team Leading

This qualification offers a highly flexible approach to learning and is designed for practising or aspiring team leaders who wish to develop their team leading skills and knowledge.

Level 3 in Management

This qualification is developed for junior managers, first line managers, supervisors and those working in a range of management positions who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity and wish to build on and develop their existing management skills and knowledge.

This qualification can be achieved through the following:

• Apprenticeship (aged 16-23 years old and an employer ready to employ you as an apprentice.) 

• Self-funded (paid for by you)

• Funded (paid for by employer or other organisation e.g. grant)

• Further Education Loan for Level 3 (Awaiting Confirmation)
