Customer service is an important part of all job roles today. Many workers find themselves involved in customer service without even realising it. Having good customer service skills helps you deal with enquiries, complaints or any other issues. The length of delivery of our Customer Service course is between 6 and 12 months depending on your experience and ability. One day each week you will need to meet up with your tutor/assessor – and this can be at our centre or your work environment. However, we work with you to tailor the course to your individual needs and work with employers needs.
